Hi, and welcome to my practice! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the DMV and Florida, with over a decade of experience and training in trauma, clinical supervision, life adjustments, reproductive mental health, and fertility cycle coaching.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s one of the most meaningful gifts you can give yourself. Whether you're navigating motherhood, infertility, pregnancy loss, neurodivergence (in motherhood or in general), or just the messiness of being human—I’m here to support you. Many of my clients feel like they’re falling short of what the world expects—whether that’s being the “happy new mom,” “neurotypical enough,” or “always having it together”.
For those dealing with infertility, it can feel especially isolating to live in a world where pregnancy seems effortless and everyone else’s family is growing. That is an unrealistic narrative for many of us, and I am here to help you accept your narrative, grieve the narrative you thought would apply to your life, and process the emotions to accept your new narrative. It’s easy to feel like you're the only one struggling, but you’re not alone. We’ll work together to rewrite these narratives and build a story that honors your journey, no matter where you are.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I utilize various approaches to our work together, including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and trauma-informed care, blending therapeutic techniques with genuine empathy. I also bring my personal experience as a mom of two IVF babies, which helps me deeply connect with those navigating similar journeys. I’ve been through it, I get it, and I completely understand the nuances of it all.
Outside of the therapy room, I appreciate spending time with my family, traveling and taking cruises, shopping for things I really don’t need, and being a fairly new Yankees fan (thanks to my husband). Therapy with me is a space to feel understood, grow at your own pace, and find your way back to yourself.
