A Space to Focus on You

Therapy at Hopeful Core Therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down and focus on you—your needs, your experiences, and your growth. Whether you’re navigating fertility challenges, new parenthood, relationship issues, anxiety, or a major life transition, therapy can be a powerful first step toward feeling more grounded, supported, and present in your life.

Collaborative, Client-Centered Care

Our work is collaborative and client-centered, guided by your goals, values, and lived experience. Together, we’ll help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your voice, and navigate the emotional demands of infertility, pregnancy, parenthood, and the many roles you carry each day.

Tools for Calm and Clarity

We offer personalized, evidence-based tools to help you find calm and clarity—even during overwhelming or uncertain moments. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you feel more steady, resilient, and connected to what matters most to you.

Support Through Life’s Transitions

Whether you’re coping with pregnancy-related stress, infertility or IVF, pregnancy or postpartum loss, NICU-related trauma, anxiety, or shifting identity in parenthood, you don’t have to do it alone. We believe you deserve more than just getting through the day—you deserve support that helps you feel stronger, more balanced, and able to thrive.

Rose Bleiweis, LCSW-C, LCSW, LICSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in reproductive, perinatal, and general mental health

About Rose

Hi, I’m Rose. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the DMV. I’ve been providing therapy in-person and virtually since 2015, specializing in reproductive and perinatal mental health, while also supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, relationship stress, and major life transitions.

My practice is rooted in both professional training and lived experience. I guide clients navigating infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, pregnancy loss, NICU-related trauma, and the many emotional transitions of parenthood. I also work with teens and adults on anxiety, stress, identity, and relationship challenges, helping them build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and feel more grounded in their lives.

Therapy with me is personalized, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from approaches such as narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and interpersonal and psychodynamic frameworks. I meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels supportive, and focus on practical tools alongside emotional insight.

I understand firsthand the emotional complexity of reproductive and perinatal journeys, having experienced IVF, NICU life, and the challenges of new parenthood myself. These experiences inform my empathy and approach, helping me guide clients with both professional expertise and lived understanding.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, exploring new towns and shops, cruising, and practicing self-care—especially manicures, massages, and brunch. I bring a little humor and humanity into sessions, because life is messy, and therapy should feel real.

I’d be honored to support you in this season of your life, helping you navigate challenges, celebrate strengths, and feel more balanced, resilient, and understood.

About Patrick

Hi, I’m Patrick. I’m a Master of Social Work intern at Hopeful Core Therapy, and I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, and periods of instability or feeling “stuck.” I’m especially passionate about helping people find steadiness, meaning, and a sense of direction when life feels overwhelming.

I bring over 10 years of experience in mental health and social services, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through a wide range of challenges. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and compassionate, with an emphasis on creating a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

In our work together, I focus on helping you explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and identify practical paths toward growth and change. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded—I believe meaningful progress happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to take things one step at a time.

Whether you’re coping with emotional distress, navigating a major life change, or simply looking for support as you move forward, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy doesn’t need to be perfect—it just needs to begin.

Patrick provides therapy under the clinical supervision of Rose Bleiweis, LCSW-C, ensuring thoughtful, ethical, and high-quality care.
