Welcome, I’m Glad You’re Here!
Starting therapy can feel intimidating — especially when you’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure what support even looks like. If you're here, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and it makes sense to seek help.
I specialize in supporting people navigating fertility challenges, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, neurodivergence, and life transitions. If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, isolated, or exhausted from “keeping it all together,” I offer a safe and affirming space to pause, process, and heal.

This Work Is Personal
I support people through seasons of transition, grief, identity shifts, and overwhelm — with a deep focus on perinatal and reproductive mental health.
My clinical specialties include:
• Infertility and fertility treatments
• Peri- and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs)
• Pregnancy loss and miscarriage
• Birth trauma and high-risk pregnancies
• NICU experiences
• Postpartum adjustment and the transition to parenthood
• Support for dads and partners
• Relationship challenges during life transitions
• Women’s issues and identity work
• ADHD in teens and adults
I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, same-sex families, and anyone parenting or partnering outside of traditional norms.
As a mom to two IVF-conceived children, I’ve lived through many of the struggles I now support clients with — the uncertainty, grief, fear, and identity shifts that come with infertility and parenthood. I’ve experienced the losses, anxieties, and nuances that many of my clients also know all too well. I know how much pressure and silence can surround these seasons of life.
My personal experiences shape the empathy, patience, and nonjudgment I bring into our work. I believe therapy can be both soft and strong — a place where you don’t have to “fix” yourself, just feel understood and supported.
Who I Work With
I bring compassion, humor, and a relational, person-centered lens to therapy. My style is grounded and collaborative — you're the expert on your life, and I'm here to hold space, ask questions, and walk with you as you explore what healing can look like.
I blend emotion-focused, strengths-based, and attachment-informed approaches, drawing from ACT, CBT, and parts work. But more than any model, I believe change happens in a space of trust and authenticity.

A Practice Rooted in Inclusivity
At Hopeful Core Therapy, inclusivity isn’t an afterthought — it’s foundational.
I provide affirming care for birthing people, nontraditional families, and those whose identities or experiences have often been misunderstood or minimized. This includes supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, neurodivergent folks, same-sex parents, solo parents by choice, and those navigating fertility, pregnancy loss, or parenthood outside of cisnormative or heteronormative expectations.
My work is grounded in an anti-racist, trauma-informed, and body-affirming framework. I strive to unlearn biases, honor lived experience, and make space for all parts of your identity — especially the ones that haven’t always felt welcome.

Outside of Therapy
I'm a mom, a wife, and person who's deep in the rhythms of parenthood— from toddler snacks and preschool pickups to finding quiet moments between it all. I’m working on finding my own calm amongst the chaos, and understand how hard it can be for us to do so.
I know what it's like to be pulled in a hundred directions and still feel like you're supposed to be holding it all together. I know the pressures put on parents today, and how overwhelming they can feel.
I love strong coffee, shopping for things I really don’t need, cozy family time, and the rare joy of finishing a thought without being interrupted. I bring my whole, real self to this work — and I invite you to do the same.
