  • Getting started is simple. You can reach out through the contact form, email, or phone to schedule a brief consultation. This gives us time to talk about what’s bringing you in, answer your questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit for your needs.

  • Your first session is a low-pressure space to begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about your concerns, goals, and what support might be most helpful right now. You don’t need to have everything figured out—therapy moves at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

  • Yes. We offer in-person therapy in North Bethesda, Maryland, as well as secure online therapy for clients across Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of telehealth, while others prefer the connection of meeting in person—both options are fully supported.

  • We are excited to share that we are now accepting insurance! Currently we can accept Aetna & Kaiser insurance and will be able to accept Carefirst/BCBS and United Healthcare in the near future.

  • We work with adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. We also specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health, including infertility, IVF, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, pregnancy loss, and NICU-related trauma. Care is always personalized to your goals and stage of life.

  • Yes. Supporting individuals and couples through infertility, IVF, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and early parenthood is a core focus of our practice. Therapy can help you process complex emotions, manage stress, and feel more grounded during an often overwhelming season of life.
