What services do you offer?

I offer individual therapy, couples counseling, infertility therapy and coaching, and clinical supervision for adults and adolescents, with a focus on anxiety, trauma, and perinatal mental health. Sessions can take place in person in North Bethesda, MD or virtual for clients in MD, DC, VA, and FL.

What are your fees?

Sessions are $175 for a 60 minute intake session and $170 for follow up 55 minute sessions for individual therapy and $180 for couples sessions. I have a few sliding scale spots available for those with financial struggles. You can read more about my fees here. per 50-minute appointment. I offer superbills for potential insurance reimbursement and have easy processes for managing this - I can even do it for you!

Do you accept insurance?

For insurance other than Kaiser, I’m out-of-network and don’t bill insurance directly to ensure personalized care without insurance restrictions. Many clients get reimbursed up to 50%–90% of the cost through their out-of-network benefits, depending on their plan.

Are sessions confidential?

Absolutely! I take confidentiality seriously, as I value the safety that comes with the time and space of therapy. I am legally mandated to protect your information in accordance with HIPAA. Outside of the legal aspects, I respect the personal nature of your information and want to be a safe person to contain it for you. Exceptions to confidentiality, in which I may have to share your information as necessary, include: sharing that you or someone else is in imminent danger, discussing past or present child or vulnerable adult abuse, or making threats to harm someone.

What does an intake session entail?

At our intake session, we will discuss what brings you therapy, what you want to get from it, and discuss practice policies and modalities that I will use to support you. We will gather information about your past, different “parts” of you, and work together to set goals for our work. From there, you will be in the “driver’s seat” of our sessions and we will work together to get you to a more ideal place.
