To ensure confidentiality and client-centered care, We are out-of-network providers for all insurances and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients receive 50%–90% reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits, depending on their plan. We partner with Reimbursify - a platform that assists with out-of-network reimbursement to make the process easy and seamless for you. Intake sessions are $175 for 60 minutes, with follow-up individual therapy sessions at $170 for 55 minutes. Couples therapy sessions are $180. Sessions with our MSW Intern are $30 for 55 minutes. Sliding scale options may be available for those experiencing financial hardship. Superbills provided for reimbursement submission.

Absolutely! Confidentiality is a top priority, and we follow all HIPAA guidelines to protect your privacy. Exceptions include situations involving imminent danger to self or others, abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, or credible threats of harm.

I provide counseling for adults and adolescents (16+) in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. I also work with couples and families.

Sessions take place either via telehealth or in person, at my office at 11810 Grand Park Avenue, Suite 500, North Bethesda, MD 20852 - located right in Pike and Rose.
