Hopeful Core Therapy

Specialized therapy for infertility, IVF, pregnancy, postpartum, relationships, and life transitions.

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here!

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move through experiences that have deeply impacted them - whether that’s infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy or postpartum changes, or other major life transitions.

My goal is to offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. A space where your experience makes sense, your emotions are welcomed, and we can work together to help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself again.

  • Infertility, IVF, and reproductive challenges

  • Pregnancy loss and grief

  • Pregnancy and postpartum transitions

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation

  • Trauma and attachment-related experiences

  • Identity shifts and major life transitions

  • Relationship stress and self-esteem concerns
