Patrick Gaitan, MSW Intern

Now accepting clients in North Bethesda, MD, and via telehealth in MD, DC, and Virginia.

Hi, I’m Patrick, a Master of Social Work intern at Hopeful Core Therapy. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, and life instability. I’m passionate about helping clients find stability, meaning, and growth when life feels overwhelming or stuck.

With over 10 years of experience in mental health and social services, my approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and compassionate. I aim to create a calm, safe space where you can explore your challenges, strengths, and possibilities for change.

Whether you’re facing emotional struggles, life changes, or just need support to move forward, I’m here to walk alongside you. Therapy doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to start. You don’t have to do this alone.
