Mia Vasco, Summer Intern

Hi, my name is Mia Vasco, and I am currently a rising third-year student at Colgate University, where I am pursuing a degree in Political Science with a minor in Global, Public, and Environmental Health. I am passionate about advocacy, mental wellness, and community outreach, with a growing interest in digital marketing and building meaningful connections with others.

At Hopeful Core Therapy, I’m excited to support a mission grounded in compassion, accessibility, and client-centered care. I believe in the importance of creating welcoming, supportive spaces where individuals can feel empowered on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being. I look forward to supporting efforts in expanding access to mental health resources and promoting holistic well-being.

Outside of my academic and professional interests, I enjoy dancing, spending time with my family, and relaxing with a good TV show/movie. I value balance, connection, and authenticity in all areas of life and look forward to contributing to a team that shares those values.
